These Terms & Conditions govern your use of astrolojii.com and the purchase of astrology reports offered by EcoBanjara Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U55209DL2021PTC385120), hereinafter referred to as "astrolojii," "we," "us," or "the Company."

By accessing astrolojii.com or purchasing any report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Nature of service

astrolojii provides computationally calculated, personalised Vedic astrology reports for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes. Our reports are based on traditional Jyotish principles applied to your birth data using automated computation. They are not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a report. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Our service is currently available to users in India only.

3. Accuracy of information

The quality and accuracy of your report depends entirely on the birth data you provide. astrolojii takes no responsibility for inaccurate reports arising from incorrect birth details entered by the user.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. By completing payment, you authorise the applicable charge to your chosen payment method.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, typically within 2–4 minutes of payment confirmation. astrolojii is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters. If your report does not arrive within 30 minutes, please contact hello@astrolojii.com.

6. Refund and cancellation

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on astrolojii.com, including but not limited to the website design, report format, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of EcoBanjara Technologies Private Limited. Your purchased report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or republished.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, astrolojii and EcoBanjara Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance upon any report generated by our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of astrolojii.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
