Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our commitment
astrolojii reports are generated specifically for you — from your exact birth time, city, and personal question. Because each report is a unique, digitally delivered product created on demand, standard cancellation policies that apply to physical goods do not apply here.
However, we take our promise of a personalised experience seriously. If your report does not meet that standard, we will hear you out.
When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Your report was never delivered to your email address
- Your report contains a significant error clearly caused by a technical failure on our end
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The report does not appear to reference your specific birth details or personal question at all
When refunds are not applicable
- You provided incorrect birth details (wrong date, time, or city)
- You disagree with the astrological interpretation — astrology is a guidance system and interpretations may vary
- You changed your mind after the report was generated and delivered
- The report arrived in your spam folder — please mark as "Not Spam" for future emails
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@astrolojii.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used to purchase the report
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellation
Because reports are generated immediately upon payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed. If you have placed an order in error, please contact us immediately at hello@astrolojii.com and we will do our best to assist.
