astrolojii is operated by EcoBanjara Technologies Private Limited, CIN U55209DL2021PTC385120, registered under the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi. Registered address: AG-1/128C Vikaspuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110018, India.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data submitted through astrolojii.com, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What data we collect

We collect the following data when you use astrolojii:

Email address — to deliver your report
Date, time, and city of birth — to calculate your astrological chart
Your chosen life focus area and personal question — to personalise your report
Payment transaction ID — provided by Razorpay upon successful payment

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any government identification. We do not create a user account or store a login profile.

How we use your data

To generate and deliver your personalised astrology report
To send transactional emails related to your order
To investigate and resolve support queries
To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions

We do not use your data for marketing emails, profiling, or automated decision-making beyond report generation.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each bound by their own privacy policies:

Razorpay — payment processing. We do not store card or UPI details.
Resend — email delivery of your report
Report generation software — Your birth data and personal question are transmitted to our report computation service solely for the purpose of generating your personalised report. This data is not retained by the service provider beyond the duration of the request.
Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure

Data retention

Your birth data and personal question are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase, after which they are deleted from our systems. Email addresses are retained for up to 12 months for order and support records.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@astrolojii.com with the subject line "Data Request."

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement reasonable security practices as prescribed under the IT Rules, 2011. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of astrolojii.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
